I specialise in improving your technique for your lifts (squats, bench press, deadlifts), based on your body leverages. I am good at identifying one's weaknesses and help them increase their 1RM.
4 STEPS PROCESS
The will allow me to understand how your training progress by the week, experience the struggle with you and then develop possible solutions to your problems. You will also receive the necessary support and guidance you need to progress.
STEP 3
WEEKLY PROGRAM
Your customised program for the week will be sent via email. Based on your self-reflection for the week, I will assess and provide you with a more specific training program for the coming week.
STEP 2
TECHNIQUE ANALYSIS
Upon signing up, a comprehensive technical analysis for each lift (squat, bench press, deadlift) will be conducted through a call so that we can identify your weaknesses for us to work on in your bespoke training program.
STEP 4
24-HOUR FEEDBACK
Within 24-hours (weekdays), I will provide feedback on your training videos with every aspect explained in detail with cues to fix those errors so that you can make prompt adjustments on your next training day.
